Contract-Life-Cycle-Graphic

The above graphic illustrates 3 stages of an enrollment contract.  Whether you have a 6 or 8 month contact term both have a total contract life cycle of 12 months.  After the 12 month period the contract is canceled.

Contract Period is the first stage.   During this phase the student is expected to complete all driver education requirements prior to contract expiration date.  Failure to complete all driver education requirements within the contract term will result in the contract being cancelled.  The parent may elect to purchase a contract extension, therefore providing additional time to complete all incomplete DE requirements.

Contract Extension Period is the second stage.  Once the contract period has expired you may elect to purchase a contract extension.  This will allow your student sufficient time to complete both drive times and/or makeup classes.  The rates are shown below.

Contract Reinstatement Period is the third stage.  If for your student was unable to complete all of the driver education requirements during the contract extension period this is your last opportunity to complete the balance of the DE requirements prior to contact cancellation.  You will be required to purchase both a contract reinstatement and a contract extension.  See below

Drive Time Schedule:

Students will receive their User Name and Password to schedule driving lessons online by the end of their first week of class. They must have their Learner’s Permit before they can schedule lessons. Availability of drive times fluctuates with seasonal demand.  Example: Peak Season is limited to 2 lessons per month. The availability of drive times should not interfere with your ability to complete all driver education requirements within the enrollment contract period (provided students actively schedule their lessons.)  If your expectation is to expedite your student through the driver education program, please consult your office manager to discuss our “Fast Track” program.

Your student must complete 7 two hour driving lessons within the contract period.  DSNT’s web based drive time reservation system enables users to easily schedule or changes their drive time reservations.

Driving Lessons Cancellation Policy:
